Knowledge Tests
These tests are tests that measure the knowledge and skills that candidates have in relation to the job they are applying for. In order for individuals to be successful in business life, their personality traits, skills and abilities must be suitable for the position and profession they work for. Personality tests determine personality traits and provide an idea of ​​whether the candidate has a mental health problem. Such tests measure psychological problems such as depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders, as well as personality traits such as optimism, pessimism, honesty, independence, adaptability, stress tolerance, extroversion, introversion, reliability, and self-control. Big Five Personality Inventory, Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), Hacettepe Personality Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) can be given as examples for these tests.

Interest Tests
Interest tests are applied to evaluate which fields individuals are interested in and their professional interests. If the person works in a job that interests him, he can be more peaceful and more successful. This brings productivity and commitment to work. The 16PF KIM Personality and Vocational Orientation Inventory can be given as an example of these tests.
